Terry Harris – Credentials

Mr. Harris is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional, certified through The Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals. Mr. Harris worked in the manufacturing/process industry for 26 years for a fortune 100 company. Most of his time was devoted to maintenance area efforts with most of his career being devoted to improving the reliability of his plant and other US and European locations. Along with working as the facility Maintenance and Reliability leader Mr. Harris was involved with many corporate wide projects to cut costs and improve equipment reliability. For many years Mr. Harris has devoted his efforts in applying his knowledge to critical pieces of equipment and processes within many industries with excellent results. Mr. Harris has performed training in the US, Europe, China, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, and Korea.

Mr. Harris works with Reliability Solutions Inc. and trains clients.   Mr. Harris also owns his own company Reliable Process Solutions in which he performs training in the areas of Predictive technologies and Proactive Maintenance techniques. Mr. Harris has developed many Proactive maintenance training programs to bring maintenance operations to a more efficient and profitable stage. The training programs teach people how to make equipment last longer. Programs such as Lubrication Excellence and Equipment Life Extension are part of his training. All the programs are customized for individual plants or processes. The experience of Proactive and Predictive maintenance goes hand and hand with the RCM process. These methods have been proven to extend equipment life by 3-8times.
